Welcome to Arrow Rush, a mobile puzzle game developed and published by Elevate Apps Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Rush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Elevate Apps Inc. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Arrow Rush after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last Updated" date above.

2. Description of the Game

Arrow Rush is a free-to-play logic puzzle game for Android. The gameplay involves tapping arrows displayed on a grid in the correct order to clear each level. Key features include:

• 456 handcrafted puzzle levels across multiple difficulty tiers
• A first-time tutorial and onboarding flow
• A hint system (earn hints by watching rewarded ads)
• Progress tracking stored locally on your device
• Sound effects and haptic feedback (user-configurable)
• Google AdMob advertisement integration (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads)

3. Eligibility

Arrow Rush is intended for users of all ages. However, the game contains advertisements served by Google AdMob, which may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 (or the applicable digital age of consent in your region), please ensure a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game or its assets
• Use cheats, automation scripts, or exploits to manipulate game progress
• Attempt to interfere with the game's ad delivery systems
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose

All content in Arrow Rush — including but not limited to the game engine, level data, graphics, sound effects, logo, and branding — is the exclusive property of Elevate Apps Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Arrow Rush is free to play and is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The game displays:

• Banner ads — shown at the bottom of the gameplay screen
• Interstitial ads — shown periodically between levels
• Rewarded ads — optional; watched voluntarily to earn hints

Google's ad serving may involve the collection of device identifiers and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. GDPR and CCPA consent is collected before ads are personalised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Apps Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Arrow Rush, including loss of game progress, device issues, or any third-party content delivered through advertisements.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Arrow Rush at any time without notice. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by uninstalling the game. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elevate Apps Inc is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
