This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate Apps Inc ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you play Arrow Rush (the "Game"). We are committed to being transparent about data practices and protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

1a. Information Stored Locally (on your device only)

Arrow Rush uses Android's DataStore / SharedPreferences to save the following data entirely on your device. This data is never sent to our servers:

1b. Information Collected by Google AdMob

Arrow Rush is free to play and is monetised through advertisements provided by Google AdMob (a Google LLC service). AdMob may automatically collect:

• Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA) — a resettable device identifier
• IP address (used for approximate geolocation)
• Device model, OS version, screen size
• App usage data (session time, ad interactions)
• Crash and diagnostic data

This data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to AdMob's collected data.

2. How We Use Information

We (Elevate Apps Inc) do not collect personal information ourselves. The locally stored data listed in §1a is used solely to provide the game experience — saving your progress, respecting your preferences, and avoiding repetitive onboarding flows.

3. Advertising & Consent

Arrow Rush uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for personalised advertising where required by law (e.g., users in the European Economic Area under GDPR, or California under CCPA).

• A consent dialog is shown the first time the app launches.
• If you decline personalised ads, Google will still show non-personalised ads.
• You can reset your consent at any time by clearing the app's data in Android Settings.

4. Children's Privacy

Arrow Rush is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Google UMP consent flow includes an age-appropriate configuration. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. The only third party with potential access to device-level data is Google (via AdMob). We do not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or social login providers in Arrow Rush.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

All locally stored game data lives exclusively on your device and is controlled by you:

• Clear app data: Android Settings → Apps → Arrow Rush → Storage → Clear Data
• Uninstall the app: Removes all locally stored data permanently

7. Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on your device's security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We have no servers that could be breached to expose your game data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• GDPR (EU/EEA): Right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability
• CCPA (California): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information

Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your app data or uninstalling the app. For AdMob-related requests, contact Google.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will update the in-app link so users are aware. Continued use of Arrow Rush after changes constitutes acceptance.
